At Musgrave Pencil Company, we take pride in our heritage of craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your writing instruments. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Pencils

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes to prevent graphite breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Tennessee

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, Tennessee, at the address provided by our team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
